2) Our Optional Volume Discount Package: You will received unlimited reports for 3 months at of a cost of only $28.95/month. You can cancel this package at anytime by calling 1-877-293-6184 or use our 24x7 online customer support. If we are unable to address your questions or if you remain dissatisfied for any reason, we will be happy to close your account and refund your last transaction within 90 days of the billing date of that transaction. You can expect the refund back to your original card within three to five business days.

Volume Discount Offer Refund Policy:
To cancel at any time and have your last month's payment of $28.95 refunded, please contact customer care at 1-877-293-6184 or use our 24x7 online customer support. In addition to our refund policy we also offer a search credit for any unsuccessful search. You can expect the refund back to your original card within three to five business days.

As-is reports
Our reports are provided on an as-is basis. They are compiled from information provided by government agencies. We cannot vouch for the accuracy of the information provided to us. We cannot guarantee that all of the information providedby the government will be up to date. We make no real or implied warranties about our reports. We will not be held liable for any damages, real or imagined, caused by the information in our reports.
Indemnity
You agree not to hold our company, our officers or our employees liable for any damages related to the use of our site.
Disputes
Should a dispute arise between you and our company, you agree that it will be handled by a third-party arbitration service and not the court system. Should your dispute have merit, we agree to pay for the cost of arbitration and any damages. Should your dispute be deemed without merit, you agree to pay for the cost of the arbitration service.
